Prototype assistant for a cloud networking portal. It answers from live data, knows the current screen, previews each change with Do it and Cancel buttons, runs the same command a person would, and keeps approvals in a plain-language audit trail. Wrote the design spec for plugging another AT&T team's assistant into every screen.
