Professional Statement
I provide user-centered expertise from concept through production on communications media. With over 12 years of user-centered design experience with track record of on-time delivery of successful campaigns, over 5 years as project team lead with ability to manage internal and external designers, I'm able to take a business solution from concept into development using Human Centered Design Methods. I prefer working in an environment where I can work closely with a cross-functional team consisting of marketing, engineering, product management, and other representatives. I think of myself as a visual problem solver as opposed to a designer. My work spans the gamut of media, from highly-complex portals to integrated advertising campaigns. I understand how best to combine a variety of media to effectively reach and effectively communicate with disparate target markets.
