Training Media
Responsible for leading the concept, creation and design of a series of SKORM compliant learning tools for Tenet web sites. Most of the tutorials presented were regarding simple computer tasks, such as using the site's search engine, so interaction design of the actual tutorial had to be much simpler than any of those tasks presented.

Online Marketing Campaign
Hospital marketers wanted the ability to promote their own particular web sites, so with the assistance of a well known creative writer, three creative concepts were created and distributed to a number of mediums, including brochures, posters and postcards. An online system was then built to allow hospital promoters to 'mix and match' a limited set of options of each campaign concept, then place an order. Responsible for creative direction and print design as well as online ordering system design.

Web Applications
Working with a diverse group of back-end developers, the task set before the team was to build a patient billing system that was intuitive and logical in its flow and visual design. Responsibilities included visual concepting, interactive design and styleguide authorship of the application.
